Our corporate social responsibility program is an integrated part of our organization. We apply our signature recruitment method to headhunt neighborhood rescue teams. Our mission is to assist local law-enforcement by recruiting modern day vikings to transform low-income, high crime urban communities. Next, to support the transformations.
Every team member at ESR donates a number of days per year to our CSR program. Our company makes a financial donation from each client project, with 25% of the company´s net profit donated to this cause. Being a company of good has been essential for ESR since its inception in 1997.
We started ESR´s CRS program Neighborhood Rescue of America Challenge, outlined in the documentary Vegas Viking, where we apply our skillset to headhunt the game changers. The unique initiative has been taken on by community leaders across the U. S .
Our annual intern program at Neighborhood Rescue of America is very popular, receiving over 12,000 applicants last year for the annual 200 positions. The 10 week modular program is created to teach participants recruitment, research and management. ESR actively recruits for its internal positions from this intern program.
