  3. Orginal resumes which candidates submit.
  4. Market summary. Based on turning every stone in the market place we receive extensive information about company and position, which we here share.
  5. Target company list which covers all target companies specified on the profile specification. This short list represents “the best of the what the market has to offer”. 
  6. Profile specification. At beginning of the project our detailed profile is created with all requirements for the position and other vital information for the search.
